Conference fee
The registration fee is € 190,- per person. The registration deadline is on the 15th of May 2024.
The conference fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, drinks, and dinner on Thursday 27th June 2024, as well as coffee breaks and lunch on Friday 28th June 2024.
Hotel is not included!
Participants who have submitted an abstract are not automatically registered for the conference. These participants do need to register again using the form so that we can collect more information (e.g. diets) and perform the payment.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation only by e-mail at reservations@tue.nl
By cancelling your registration, you will receive no refund.
Online registration form. Payment is possible with iDeal and Creditcard. You can register and pay for multiple people at once. The fee is collected by ‘Eindhoven Conference Support’.
